Paid $200+ for prescription designer glasses…. Arrived bent and unwearable due to being so crooked…. In fear of never seeing them again based off previous reviews, I’ve decided to suck it up and hopefully get them fixed at my eye doctor office here in town. I will never use this company again. Communication was lacking. $$$ comes out immediately before shipment. They did return my email about shipment promptly but literally 10 days had went by and no follow up email prior to me reaching out first.

Glasses are legit on website but poor order notifications and delivery tracking. None are provided. What is more troubling is that the credit cards I have used on this site end up being used by a 3rd party illegally and have had to cancel credit cards due to unauthorized activity that I suspect is the result of people behind this website

Bought Armani frames cuz mine broke and I wanted to save my lenses. Got what I paid for. Good customer service kept me up to date. I wish the confirmation of purchase was emailed for peace of mind but not a big deal. Paid no duty in Canada:). All in all very happy.

Scam!!! Bought glasses and canceled order due to horrible bad reviews. Got only a portion of my money back. Then had my credit card compromised. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

This is a complete scam, they sell you what is described high quality glasses & if you have a problem they will ask you to return the product you bought for inspection, after inspection they do not offer any solution, they go ahead and refund you 50% and they keep the item you bought for themselves. so practically they rob you and you can do nothing, their only defence: our policy is this, you can read it on our website. SCAAAAAMMM! DONT BUY FROM THEM

First red flag.
Bought prescription RayBans from this “Canadian” site. After my $225 purchase I checked my bank to see $295 had be charged. No mention anywhere that it was USD prices.

Second red flag.
I never recurved an email confirmation for my order with any details. If I didn’t screenshot my order number I think I’d be completely out of luck when it came to even identifying my order.

Third red flag.
They emailed me saying my very much mild prescription didn’t seem ordinary and for me to send them my prescription, which I did. They then emailed and said my lenses needed to be custom ordered and I’d need to pay another $160 USD! HA!

At this point I started reading reviews and realized these guys are obviously scammers. I’ve sent several emails now requesting a full refund but they won’t acknowledge this request. They did offer to refund the money I partially paid for the lenses but insist on sending me the frames only. I sent another email insisting on a full refund. We will see what happens.

The screws fell out a few months later. The left lens had the sweet spot (focus point) not in the center where my eye needs it to be. It was off by 1/2 inch, giving me blurry vision instead of sharp vision.

This is the worse pair of glasses I have ever bought.
Total waste of money.

Below is the response after spending $269 on a pair of Gucci glasses.
The glasses were in the specifications for the size of glasses I wear, however this particular pair ended up being too large at the temples. Sadly I will now lose a big chunk of money and they seem to be under the impression I will order a replacement pair from them.... buyer beware!!!!

Please be advised that you are going refunded according to the return policy. We need to charge a 15% restocking fee from the cost of the frame. The shipping fee $6.49 and prescription lenses $169 are not refundable.

I was skeptical when ordering through Glassesonweb.ca however I'm pleasantly surprised of the received product. Seems a lot of the bad reviews come from the .com site, is their a difference? Anyways, I had exact same pair of sunglasses previously but the frames were broken (by my toddler) so I kept the lenses and just needed new frames. Decided to purchase through this site and voila, they appear as authentic as the pair I bought through Lens Crafters. My old prescription lenses popped right in the new frames and we're good to go. Came with same case, cloth, documentation, and structure/size/font as store bought pair. Quite impressed. Again, the previous reviews scared me. Saved $50 Canadian through this company. From Toronto area.

This website is a complete scam. Everything they sell is cheap knot off of other brands! And they are shameless enough to advertise for it! Bought a ring from this website and it looked nothing like the pictures! Their stuff may be cheap but the quality is soooo bad it's not worth the money at all! Think twice before you place an order on this website!

Avoid like the plague put in an order after reviewing it with a customer service agent they write back to me to tell me that they can't do the lenses I require but they could do a custom order for traditional $370 a lens total con job

GOT OVER $2000+ fraud charges on my credit card ... it could be anybody but my wife and I ordered with two different credit cards ....... funny charges a month after we purchased

Took 5 weeks but glasses finally arrived! No confirmation email so make sure you write down your order #. I emailed twice regarding this issue and they politely sent me an email reassuring that the glasses are being processed and will receive a tracking number once it's shipped. A representative even called me and left me a voice message reiterating this. A couple weeks later I did receive a tracking number and it took another week and a half for it to arrive. Everything arrived perfectly. Glasses were clean and authentic. Lenses were correct and as expected. It came with the proper case and cleaning cloth. It did take a little longer but I can't complain with these prices I pretty much saved half of what I'd spend in a store. Just be patient.
